It was decided that this year's State of the City should be focused on the business <br /> community and will be held as a weekday breakfast event to maximize participation. The City <br /> Council directed the EDC to organize the event and asked that it be held in September prior to <br /> Celebrate Arden Hills. <br /> • Discussion Questions: <br /> 1.
