This allows <br /> Bolander to begin working on the schedule, work plan, and permitting process which is <br /> anticipated to take 60 to 90 days. Permits are required from the MPCA, Rice Creek Watershed <br /> District, and the City. The Limited Notice to Proceed will allow Bolander to begin demolition <br /> shortly after the initial closing with the federal government which is expected to take place in <br /> April. <br /> The City issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the TCAAP Alternative Urban Areawide <br /> Review (AUAR), Master Plan, and Regulations & Policies on February 1, 2013. The RFP has <br /> been posted on the City's website, the Minnesota American Planning Association website, and <br /> the League of Minnesota Cities. Questions regarding the proposal must be submitted in writing <br /> by noon on February 15, 2013.
