APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL <br /> Michael Loosbrock, 4535 Lakeshore Place, expressed concern with the Highway 96/US 10 <br /> reconstruction and the power lines along Lakeshore Place. It was his understanding that the <br /> power lines along this roadway were being located onto his side of the street in the right-of-way, <br /> which would require a great deal of tree trimming.
