NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 1245 West Highway 96, in said City on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minn.Stat.§§429.011 to 429.111 to consider the 2013 Pavement Management Program, the making of an improvement to the following streets: • Asbury Avenue, City limits to Glenhill Road •Asbury Avenue, Glenhili Road to Edgewater Avenue • Edgewater Avenue, Asbury Avenue to Ridgewood Road North • Glenhill Road, Asbury Avenue North to Snelling Avenue •Ridgewood Road,City limits to cul de sac The improvement will include the street rehabilitation, utility repairs, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with the feasibility report,which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of City Administrator. The area proposed to be assessed for the project is the abutting properties to the aforementioned street segments. The estimated cost of the improvement is $1,671,185. Assessment information has been included in the feasibility report and a reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement and the area proposed to be assessed may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above.
