ATTACHMENTA <br />3.TheContractorshallassisttheCitybyalertingtheCityStaffofunlicensedhaulerswho <br />maybecomingintoArden <br />CURBSIDECOLLECTIONREQUIREMENTS <br />Thefollowingcollectionrequirementsareforcurbsiderecyclingservicesonlyanddopertainto <br />multifamilyrecycling <br />TheContractorshallcollectcurbsiderecyclingmaterials <br />3433.Pointof <br />Form <br />Allcurbsidecollectionservicewilloccuratthecurbside(i.e.,noalleycollectionsofrecyclables <br />areallowedforresidentswithcurbsidecollection <br />WalkUp <br />Aserviceforseniors,disabledand/orspecialneedsresidentswhorequestforspecialwherethe <br />driverwillwalkuptotheresident'sgaragedoor,stooporotherdesignatedspotcollectrecyclable <br />materialforloadingontothetruck.Thedriverthenreturnsthebins/cartsthesamelocation.TheCity <br />willcompilealistofsuchservicerequestsandpresenttocontractor30dayspriortothefirstcollection <br />forthoseresidentswhowillreceivetheuponstartofcontract.TheContractorwilltakecalls <br />directlyfromresidentswhorequestserviceandaddthemtothewalkupservicelistasneeded <br />throughoutthedurationof <br />Form <br />IftheContractordeterminesthatthecollectionofrecyclableswillnotbecompletedbyp.m.onthe <br />Form <br />scheduledcollectionday,theContractorshallnotifytheCityby4:00p.m.samedayandrequestan <br />extensionofthecollectionhours.TheContractorshallinformCityoftheareasnotcompleted,the <br />reasonforandtheexpectedtimecompletion.IftheCity's <br />contactpersoncannotbereached,ContractorwillrequesttheCity <br />3635.for <br />Form <br />IfContractordeterminesthataresidenthassetoutnontargetedmaterials,thedriverusethe <br />following <br />1.Contractorshallleavethenontargetedmaterialsintheresident'srecyclingbinand <br />leavean"educationtag"indicatingacceptablematerialsandpropermethodof <br />2.ThedrivershallrecordtheaddressandtheContractorshallreporttheaddresstheCitywithin <br />themonthly <br />3736.NewMaterialstobeAddedin <br />Form <br />TheCityandtheContractorhaveagreedtoaddadditionalplastics#3#1,#2,(nonbottle)aswell <br />Form <br />as#4,#5and#7plastics.byJuly1,2014.threenewmaterialstothecollectionprogram: <br />Form <br />pop/beerboxesand <br />Form <br />Thepop/beerboxesshallbeaddedtothepaperstream.Theseitemsshouldbeflattenedplacedbythe <br />Form <br />
