ATTACHMENTB <br />toProperty <br />TheContractorshalltakeallnecessaryprecautionstoprotectpublicandprivateExceptfor <br />publicproperty,including, <br />reasonablewearandtear,theContractorshallrepairorreplaceanyprivate <br />butnotlimitedtosod,mailboxes,orrecyclingbins,whichdamagedbytheContractor.Suchproperty <br />damageshallbeaddressedforrepairreplacement,atnochargetothepropertyowner,withinforty <br />eight(48)hourswithpropertythesameorequivalentvalueatthetimeofthe <br />IftheContractorfailstoaddresstherepairorreplacedamagedpropertywithineight(48)hours, <br />theCitymay,butshallnotbeobligatedto,repairorreplacesuchproperty,andtheContractor <br />shallfullyreimbursetheCityforanyofitsreasonablyexpenses.TheContractorshallreimburse <br />theCityforanysuchexpenseswithintendaysofreceiptoftheCity's <br />TheContractorshallconformtothefollowingprovisionswhencollectingrecyclablesin <br />1.TheContractorshallstructureroutessothatlighterloadedtruckstravelonstreetswith <br />poorerconstruction.TheCityshallprovideroadconditiontothe <br />2.TheContractorshallbegintheirrouteswithassmallavolumeofrecyclablestheirtrucksas <br />3.TheContractorshallassisttheCitybyalertingtheCityStaffofunlicensedhaulerswho <br />maybecomingintoArden <br />CURBSIDECOLLECTIONREQUIREMENTS <br />Thefollowingcollectionrequirementsareforcurbsiderecyclingservicesonlyanddopertainto <br />multifamilyrecycling <br />TheContractorshallcollectcurbsiderecyclingmaterials <br />33.Pointof <br />Allcurbsidecollectionservicewilloccuratthecurbside(i.e.,noalleycollectionsofrecyclables <br />areallowedforresidentswithcurbsidecollection <br />WalkUp <br />Aserviceforseniors,disabledand/orspecialneedsresidentswhorequestforspecialwherethe <br />driverwillwalkuptotheresident'sgaragedoor,stooporotherdesignatedspotcollectrecyclable <br />materialforloadingontothetruck.Thedriverthenreturnsthebins/cartsthesamelocation.TheCity <br />willcompilealistofsuchservicerequestsandpresenttocontractor30dayspriortothefirstcollection <br />forthoseresidentswhowillreceivetheuponstartofcontract.TheContractorwilltakecalls <br />directlyfromresidentswhorequestserviceandaddthemtothewalkupservicelistasneeded <br />throughoutthedurationof <br />
