The <br /> representatives of Food-n-Fuel stated that they would hope to use the site for a 2,400 <br /> square foot Gas/Convenience Store (automobile service station) with an attached car <br /> wash and four gasoline pumping islands. The property would require approval of a <br /> rezoning and a special use permit. <br /> 6. Building Permit Activity (November of 1996). The City in November of 1996 issued <br /> ten residential remodeling or additions permits which had a total value of$154,820.60 <br /> and had an average value of$15,482.06. The City in November of 1996 issued three <br /> commercial remodeling or additions permits which had a total value of$153,000.00 and <br /> had an average value of$51,000.00. <br /> The first commercial permit (# 5585) involved a$15,000 interior remodel (adding <br /> interior office space for tenant improvements) at the Saint Paul Properties building at <br /> 3711 Lexington Avenue to facilitate the relocation of the Kovex Corporation into the <br /> building. The second commercial permit(# 5586) involved a$125,000 interior remodel <br /> (remodel laboratory rooms) at the Land O' Lakes complex at 4001 Lexington Avenue. <br /> Lastly, the third commercial permit (# 5588) involved a$12,600 interior remodel (adding <br /> office space) at the Saint Paul Metalcraft building at 3737 Lexington Avenue. <br /> • <br />
