The December 9, <br /> 1996 edition of National Cities Weekly as published by National League of Cities <br /> contains an article by Cameron Whitman which discusses the Community Reinvestment <br /> Act and Bank Regulation Reform (Exhibit B). <br /> 3. Business Tracking System Quarterly Report. The October of 1996 edition (Special <br /> .
