The EDC is <br /> scheduled to meet with the City Council on Thursday, December 21, 1995 at 4:30 p.m. in the <br /> Public Works lunchroom. <br /> In preparing for this meeting it would be helpful for the EDC to revisit its goals for 1995 and to <br /> set goals for 1996. To that end, attached to this memorandum the EDC will find the Mission <br /> Statement for the EDC and its goals for 1995 (Exhibit A). <br /> The Staff has prepared a set of draft goals for 1996 for the EDC's consideration. Those goals <br /> are: <br /> 1996 Goals <br /> Conduct Business Retention Survey/Contacts <br /> Preparation of Marketing Packet <br /> Development of the Gateway Business District <br /> Meet with the Planning Commission <br /> Future Goals <br /> Participation in the Star City program <br /> Development of TCAAP <br /> Creation of a loan pool program <br /> • <br />
