Closing is expected to occur in mid-April. On-site building demolition may <br />begin before the end of April. <br /> <br />The Joint Development Authority met on April 1. The JDA approved contracts for a financial <br />consultant and attorney and reviewed draft bylaws. The bylaws will be revised according to <br />Commissioner comments and brought back for consideration at the next JDA meeting scheduled <br />for May 6, 2013, 5:30 pm in the Arden Hills Council Chambers. The approved JDA minutes for <br /> <br /> <br />Two consultant teams for the TCAAP AUAR, Master Plan, and Regulations & Policies were <br />interviewed on March 29 and April 2.
