STAFF COMMENTS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE:May 13, 2013 <br />TO:Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM:Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT:TCAAP Update <br />Ramsey County held a public informational meeting for the demolition and remediation project. <br />Approximately 200 people attended. The informational handout from the meeting is attached <br />and posted on the City’s website. <br />Bolander continues to work on removing hazardous building materials prior to demolition. With <br />the exception of Building 502 (the large, green building that can be seen from Highway 96), all <br />hazardous building materials should be removed by early July. Also with the exception of <br />Building 502, all buildings are expected to be demolished during the 2013 construction season. <br />11 <br />Page of <br />
