Ordinance 2013-005 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE 2013-005 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1250.03 SUBD 1 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 12, Section 1250.03 Subd. 1 of the City <br /> Code shall hereby be amended as follows: <br /> Subd. 1 Sign Number Limit. Each residential property is allowed up to five (5) freestanding, <br /> temporary, off-premise signs in the City right-of-way or on private property provided that the <br /> signs: <br /> A. Are four(4) square feet or less in size, less than four(4) feet high; and at least <br /> five (5) feet from the edge of the road; <br /> B. Are not illuminated; <br /> C. Are within one mile of the property for which the signs are advertising(this <br /> provision does not preempt the sign regulations for neighboring communities); <br /> D. Displayed no more than three consecutive days in any seven day period. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
