APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A.TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher <br />stated the congressional oversight committee <br />and <br />The County is working to finalize and assemble closing documents, and the MPCA is reviewing <br />ected to occur in mid- <br />April. Onsite building demolition may begin before the end of April. <br />
