3.0Public Involvement Process <br />3.1Goals, Objectives, and Expected Outcomes <br />The goal of the public involvement process is to develop a myria <br />within the community to be educated, engaged in, and enthusiasti <br />innovative and collaborative public participation process can be <br />a community, build civic capacity and engagement, and lay the fo <br />recommendations that result from the planning process. <br />The objectives of the public involvement process are as follows: <br />1.To provide clear and comprehensive information on the planning p <br />community feels educated and able to effectively participate in <br />2.To reach out to and engage stakeholders in ways which are effect <br />participants <br />3.To create a planning process that is open and transparent so the <br />valued <br />4.To seek input from the community at key milestones in the planni <br />recommendations are fully understood and reviewed <br />5.To lay the groundwork for community knowledge about and support <br />recommendations, and implementation <br />The expected outcome from the public involvement process is the <br />that clearly reflects the communitys input and has the communit <br />outcome, however, the public involvement process must be collabo <br />the City Staff and the Consultant Team to continually evaluate t <br />methods to ensure the process is meeting the needs of the variou <br />3.2Stakeholders <br />The TCAAP site represents a very large portion of the City. In o <br />of the people it will affect, a broad engagement in necessary to <br />outreach will be a project with strong support. <br />Anticipated stakeholders are listed below. Not all of these part <br />receive notices for public meetings, while others will be engage <br />on type of activities planned, the interest of the stakeholder i <br />city and county staff.
