It is anticipated that as the phases progress and planning for specific meetings is coordinated with
the Master Project Schedule and vetted through City staff and Council, that changes to these techniques may occur.
Changes may also be made based on public participation and feedback.
5.0Schedule
Public involvement activities are tied very closely to other project activities and milestones in the AUAR, Master
Planning, and Regulations & Policies phases of the project. As such, each of the meetings and techniques described
in Section 4.0 are reflected in the Master Project Schedule, included as Appendix A. This master schedule will be
updated periodically to reflect the most up-to-date project information and progress.
6.0Evaluation of Public Involvement Techniques and Outcomes
The PIP will be evaluated and updated up to threetimes over the course of the project, togauge the effectiveness of
the current activities and determine if anything about the process needs to change in response to stakeholder
feedback.
