<br /> <br />Committee and one meeting with the City Council, as well as required meetings with City administration <br />and three implementation options. Additional meetings with the Personnel Committee or City Council will <br />result in additional fees of $585.00 per meeting. <br /> <br />Future reviews of positions for evaluation or re-evaluation would be available for a fee of $225.00 per <br />position. Review of City prepared evaluations will be no charge. If the City chooses to perform some of <br />the aspects of this project the fee would be subject to change dependent on the level of involvement of the <br />City and of Springsted. <br /> <br />Additional or expanded work beyond the scope of this proposal requested by the City will be billed at a rate of $195 <br />per hour. Ongoing contract maintenance, requested by the City, would be billed at our then current hourly rates. <br /> <br />The payment schedule for the services outlined in this proposal will be as follows: <br />Payment Schedule <br />Completion of employee orientations 15% <br />Delivery of classification and compensation plan 50% <br />Delivery of final report 100% <br /> 10 <br /> City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
