(4/5 Vote) <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approve Planning Case 13-008 for a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow a higher <br />education use as a tenant in the office building located at 2 Pine Tree Drive, based on the <br />findings of fact and submitted plans, as amended by the conditions of approval as <br /> <br />presented in the June 24, 2013, report to the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br /> <br />1.Approve the proposal as submitted. <br /> <br />2.Approve the proposal with conditions (Recommended Action). <br /> <br />3.Deny the application with reasons for denial. <br /> <br />4.Table for additional information. <br /> <br />The motion to approve the Code Amendment is not dependent on approval of the CUP; however, <br />approval of the CUP is dependent on approval of the Code Amendment. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on May 6, 2013. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City must act on this request by July 4, 2013 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
