If the City denies the petitioners request, <br /> <br /> <br />4.Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on May 6, 2013. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by July 5, 2013 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for and additional 60 day review <br />period.
