�ARQEEN HILLS <br /> Approved: June 24, 2013 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MEETING <br /> MAY 20, 2013 <br /> 5:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the City Council work <br /> session meeting at 5:23 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor David Grant; Councilmembers Fran Holmes and Ed Werner <br /> Absent: Councilmembers Brenda Holden (excused) and Dave McClung (excused) <br /> Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Director of Finance and Administrative <br /> Services Sue Iverson; and Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher <br /> 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> The Council accepted the agenda as presented. <br /> 2. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Respectful Workplace Training <br /> The City Council and Staff Directors participated in Respectful Workplace training with Sheila <br /> Krejci of Sheila K Consulting, Inc. The City Council and Staff Directors discussed the individual <br /> and group results of the "Everything DiSC Workplace"profiles that they completed. <br /> Ms. Krejci is also a consultant with the League of Minnesota Cities and has worked with <br /> Councils and city staff throughout the State. This training assists in understanding individual <br /> behaviors, developing positive working relationships, and fostering a healthy workplace <br /> environment. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> None. <br />
