Krogh, Krogh Law Firm, P.A. in support of the variance request. <br />Vice Chair Thompson called the meeting back to order at 7:24 p.m. <br />CommissionerHolewastatedtheCommissionreadthroughallinputandisboundto <br />what the Ordinance states. <br />ViceChairThompsonstatedsheagreeswithCommissionercomment.The <br />ordinanceisinplaceregardingfencesinafrontyardforareason.Shestatedtheywant <br />to consistently meet the standards. <br />CityPlannerMeaganBeekmanclarifiedthe6footfencewouldnotgoinfrontofthe <br />propertyjustalongthesideswherethereisanexistingfence.Theapplicantcouldputa <br />three foot fence in front of the property if they desired as the code allows for that. <br />CommissionerHolewaaskedabouttheeasementthatgoesintothelandlockedhouse. <br />100% of the access to that property is through the easement. <br />CommissionerHolewamoved,secondedbyCommissionerZimmermanto <br />recommenddenialofPlanningCase12-016forasiteplanreviewat1850Indian <br />Placetoallowasixfootfencewithinthe40footfrontyardsetback,basedonthe <br />findingsoffactandsubmittedplansintheOctober3,2012,reporttothePlanning <br />Commission.
