Options and Proposed Motion Language <br />1.Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning <br />Case 13-005 for a Site Plan Review at 1195 County Road E based on the findings of fact, <br />the submitted plan as amended by the four conditions in the May 8, 2013, Planning Case <br />report. <br />2.Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />13-005 for a Site Plan Review at 1195 County Road E based on the finds of fact, the <br />submitted plan, and the May 8, 2013, Planning Case report. <br />3.Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 13-005 for a Site <br />Plan Review at 1195 County Road E based on the following findings: findings to deny <br />should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be <br />mitigated. <br />4.Table: Motion to table Planning Case 13-005 for Site Plan Review at 1195 County Road <br />E:a specific reason and information request should be included with a motion to table. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 16, 2013. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by June 15, 2013 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
