<br />7.Where the plan is not in <br />requested by the applicant due to site conditions unique to the property at 3585 Lexington <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />8. <br />through a negotiated process with a developer. <br /> <br />9.The proposed signage would not have a negative impact on adjacent properties or the <br />City as a whole. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case 13-010 and unanimously recommends <br />approval of an amendment to the Final PUD for Phase 1 for the Arden Plaza redevelopment <br />proposal at 3585 Lexington Avenue, based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans as <br />presented in the July 29, 2013, Report to the City Council, as amended by the following five <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by the <br />conditions of approval.
