<br />CONSENT ITEM <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br />July 29, 2013 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br />Matthew Bachler, Community Development Intern <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #13-009 <br /> Applicant: <br />StuartCo <br />Property Location: <br /> 1201 County Road E <br />Subject: <br /> 1201 County Road E PUD First Amendment Approval <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the First Amendment to the Development Contract and PUD Agreement for <br />1201 County Road E based on the June 24, 2013, City Council approval of Planning Case 13- <br />009. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On June 24, 2013, the City Council approved Planning Case 13-009 for a PUD Amendment for <br />1201 County Road E to include a master sign plan for the property. The Council added one <br />condition of approval at the meeting: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The total wall signage for the property shall not exceed 275 square feet in area. Wall <br />signage shall be split between two E Street Flats signs and three retail outlet signs. <br /> <br />City Staff and the City Attorney have prepared an amendment to the development contract and <br />PUD agreement (Attachment B).
