This memo and the existing loan guidelines (from 1997) are <br />attached for your reference. <br /> <br />th <br />Based on the EDA Budget and the Round Lake Road project also being on the July 29 <br />agenda, I am not sure how much time will be available for the continued discussion on <br />the loan program.
