ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 10, 2013 2 <br /> Mayor Grant noted that the ceremony was covered by the local news stations and he hoped to <br /> have video footage of the event posted on the City's website. He was pleased with the demolition <br /> work being completed by Bolander. He then discussed the recycling efforts being made by the <br /> contractor. <br /> B. Transportation Update <br /> Public Works Director Maurer reported that work on TH 10 and County Road 96 continues. <br /> He stated the pilings on the south side should be completed this week. It was noted that work <br /> continues on the temporary bypass. Regarding the I-694 project, Public Works Director Maurer <br /> explained that old roadway material that has been stockpiled will be crushed in the coming weeks. <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. April 29, 2013, Regular City Council <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br /> motion to approve the April 29, 2013, Regular City Council meetins minutes <br /> as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Seal Coat Bids <br /> C. Motion to Approve Sod and Irrigation Quotes for the Triangle Property <br /> D. Motion to Approve Appointment of City Planner <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None. <br /> 8. NEW BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 9.
