6.Wall signs shall be comprised of individual cut letters and shall not extend more than 12 <br />inches fromthe wall they are attached to. Wall signs shall be consistent in appearance <br />and the spacing between signs shall be balanced. <br />7.Blade signs shall not extend beyond the front edge of the canopies on the west façade and <br />shall have an area of no more than four (4) square feet. Blade signs shall have a minimum <br />vertical clearance of eight (8) feet from the sidewalk to the bottom of the sign. The area <br />of the blade sign shall be included in calculating the permitted area for wall signs. <br />8.The monument sign on Lexington Avenueshall not exceed twenty (20)feet in height. <br />The monument sign shall be setback a minimum of five (5) feet from the property line. <br />9.Final plans for the windowcoatingshall be reviewed with staff prior to installation.
