APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />A. Legislative Update <br /> <br />State Senator Bev Scalze <br /> thanked the Council for their time this evening. She provided a recap <br />of the events that took place at the State legislature. She noted that 2013 was the first year of the <br />biennium and that 2014 would be a bonding year. Her hope is to address roads and bridges in the <br />coming year. <br /> <br />
