'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-033 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AMY DIETL AS CITY CLERK FOR THE CITY <br /> OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council currently has the City Administrator and City <br /> Clerk functions combined; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is agreed upon by both the City Council and City Administrator <br /> that the Deputy Clerk is performing the functions of the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation of the Personnel <br /> Committee agree that the Deputy Clerk be appointed as the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator will be appointed as Deputy Clerk along <br /> with the Director of Finance and Administrative Services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council <br /> hereby appoints Amy Dietl as City Clerk of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 9th DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2013. <br /> L4,)r' <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATT �T:(/ <br /> e'�r-t1pa--" <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
