STAFF COMMENTS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE:September 30, 2013 <br />TO:Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM:Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT:State of the City Report <br />Background <br />The State of the City event was held on September 12, 2013,at Flaherty’s Arden Bowl. <br />Approximately 75 people attended. Councilmembers and the Economic Development <br />Commission Chair spoke on the TCAAP project;economic development goals;current <br />transportation and development projects;and the Arden Hills Foundation. The event was <br />videotaped by CTV and once the video is available, a link will be provided on the City’s website. <br />The City received positive feedback on the event.
