AGENDA ITEM <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE:October 15, 2013 <br />TO:Parks Trails and Recreation Committee <br />FROM:Michelle Olson, Parks and Recreation Manager <br />SUBJECT:Review 2013 Work Plan Progress <br />Action Requested <br />Staff provided the 2013 workplan to allow the committee to review if there are unfinished items <br />to be completed and to begin discussions on 2014 priorities. <br />Background <br />Each year, the PTRC sets a work planfor the upcoming year. Attached is the work plan that <br />was established for2013(attachment a)and the committee expectations (attachment b).The <br />preliminary 2014priorities and work plan will be discussed in November and approved by the <br />committee in December. <br />The City Council and PTRC typically hold a joint meeting in March.
