<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2013-009 <br /> <br />1320.145 Special Requirements for the Parks and Open Space District. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Procedure. The application and the administrative and review procedure <br />established in Section 1355.04 Subd 3, Conditional Use Permits shall be followed for all <br />development that requires a Conditional Use Permit. This provision is subject to any <br />modifications or additions set forth in this Section. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Conditional Uses. In addition to the evaluation criteria established in Section <br />1355.04 Subd. 3, applications for conditional uses within the POS District will be <br />evaluated by the City Council based on the following consideration: <br /> <br />A. The compatibility of the proposed use with the natural features and <br />recreational amenities of the Parks and Open Space District area. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Development Standards. If the City determines in its review of site and <br />building plans for developments within the District that the protection of natural features <br />requires certain performance standards, the City may require additional development <br />standards to protect those features. <br /> <br /> 5 <br />
