City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective August 26, 2003 <br /> <br />RIGHT TO KNOW <br /> <br />Any employee routinely exposed to hazardous substances or harmfu <br />defined in the Minnesota Employee Right to Know Act of 1983 (Laws <br />Stat. 182.65-182.675) shall be trained before being assigned or reassigned wo <br />employee to such substances or agents and shall be given traininereafter. <br />Training shall include an explanation of how and where informati <br />in the workplace, how the hazards are labeled, and where to obta <br />City Administrator shall provide for such training and for compliance with the "Minnesota <br />Employee Right to Know Act of 1983", including the establishment <br />insure compliance with the State law and regulations.
