City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective August 26, 2003 <br /> <br />PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES FOR UNWELCOME BEHAVIOR INCIDENTS <br /> <br /> <br />The employee shall immediately contact any of the five individuals listed in the <br />policy. <br /> <br />An investigation will begin immediately and be conducted as conf <br />possible during its entirety. <br /> <br />Immediate action shall be taken to halt unwelcome behavior. <br /> <br />An investigator shall question the employee and complete a written report <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />A written report shall promptly be submitted to the City Adminis <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />City Administrator or Mayor shall review the report and make a d <br />as to the merit of the complaint and take appropriate disciplinary actions as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />If disciplinary action is taken, a written record, including ver <br />be retained in respective personnel file. <br /> <br />Confidentiality, to the extent it is possible, will be maintaine <br /> <br /> <br /> 47 <br />
