The minor encroachmentswould have aminimalvisual
impactfrom Ingerson Road or Ingerson Court.
6.The additionsmaybe visible from neighboringproperties; however, the property is in a
relativity wooded area which should minimize the impacts on surrounding property
owners.
7.The proposed plans and requested variancesfor the dwelling do not appear to be based on
economic considerations alone.
Notice
Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by
the City and mailed to properties within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property.
Resident Comments
City of Arden Hills
City CouncilMeeting for October 28, 2013
P:\Planning\Planning Cases\2013\PC 13-016 -Variance_1226 Ingerson RD\Memos_Reports_13-016
Page 4of 6
