ORDINANCE 2013-009 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE 2013-009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 335 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGULATING RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTIES <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 3, Section 335.04, Subd. 1 of <br /> the City Code is amended as follows (new language underlined): <br /> Subd. 1 Conformance to Laws. Owners of registered dwelling units shall comply with <br /> applicable City Codes, including but not limited to Chapter 14, Property Maintenance. A <br /> dwelling unit may not be rented to nor occupied by, more than one family, as defined in <br /> Chapter 13. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its <br /> publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
