STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE 2013-009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 335 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGULATING RESIDENTIAL <br /> RENTAL PROPERTIES <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby <br /> ordains that Chapter 3, Section <br /> 335.04, Subd. 1 of the City Code is <br /> amended as follows (new language <br /> underlined): <br /> Subd. 1 Conformance to Laws. <br /> Owners of registered dwelling units <br /> shall comply with applicable City <br /> Codes, including but not limited to <br /> Chapter 14, Property Maintenance. <br /> A dwelling unit may not be rented to <br /> nor occupied bye more than one <br /> family as defined in Chapter 13. <br /> Effective Date.
