It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-039 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING AN ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW <br /> (AUAR) FOR THE TCAAP REDEVELOPMENT SITE <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County owns 427 acres of land on the TCAAP site located in <br /> the City of Arden Hills which is proposed for redevelopment, and <br /> WHEREAS, an environmental review is required by State Law, and <br /> WHEREAS, an AUAR is an acceptable form of environmental review, and <br /> WHEREAS, two development scenarios representing current city zoning and <br /> maximum development have been prepared for review, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU) <br /> for this environmental review. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Arden Hills, Minnesota hereby orders the preparation of an AUAR for the 427 acre site <br /> located north of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 96 and bordered on the west by Trunk <br /> Highway (TH) 10 and Interstate 35W (1-35W), on the north by State of Minnesota property <br /> and on the east by the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS). <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 14" DAY OF OCTOBER,2013. <br /> ATTEST: David Grant, Mayor <br /> ax"�" &' <br /> I <br /> Amy Dietl, C Clerk <br />
