The topic was the past, present, and future of TCAAP. A bus tour, led by Mike Fix, US <br /> Army Commander's Representative, was offered prior to the meeting. The meeting included a <br /> presentation on the history of TCAAP, previous development proposals, environmental <br /> conditions, and the status of the current purchase agreement between Ramsey County and the <br /> General Services Administration. Speakers included Mike Fix; Greg Mack, Ramsey County <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation; City Planner Meagan Beekman; and Community Development <br /> Director Jill Hutmacher. <br /> Because the Star Tribune published an article on the meeting in the Sunday, April 22 newspaper, <br /> several members of the public from Arden Hills and surrounding communities attended the <br /> meeting, as well as members of the RCLLG.
