.It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: April 30, 2012 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> FROM: Sue Iverson, Director of Finance and Administrative Services' <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution 2012-012 for Charitable Gambling License for Heartland <br /> Racing Pigeon Federation to Conduct Charitable Gambling at Flaherty's <br /> Bowl <br /> Background <br /> On May 10, 2010, the City Council approved a resolution renewing a two year license period <br /> to allow 621 Foundation to conduct charitable gambling at the Flaherty's Bowl. The <br /> Mounds View Schools Education Foundation (formerly the 621 Foundation) has released <br /> their charitable gambling activity at Flaherty's in Arden Hills and their permit will expire on <br /> May 10, 2012. <br /> Heartland Racing Pigeon Federation has submitted an application to conduct charitable <br /> gambling at Flaherty's Bowl.
