-AIQEN,HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012-011 <br /> RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLD HWY 10 <br /> FROM MCCRACKEN LANE TO THE RAILROAD BRIDGE <br /> WHEREAS, there are often vehicles parked on both sides of Old Highway 10 when <br /> there are events at Bethel University; and <br /> WHEREAS, this situation creates a difficult situation for pedestrians and bicyclists <br /> using the corridor. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, that the City requests the banning of parking of motor vehicles on the west side of <br /> Old Hwy 10 (CSAH76) between McCracken Lane and the railroad bridge. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 30th DAY OF APRIL,2012. <br /> I <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> I <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> I <br /> i <br />
