APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Tamble moved and Councilmember Holden seconded the <br /> motion to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously (5- <br /> 2. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Concept Review— 1300 Grey Fox Road—Salvation Army Proposal <br /> City Planner Beekman explained that the applicant has requested a concept review to redevelop <br /> the property at 1300 Grey Fox Road. They are proposing to reuse the existing warehouse building <br /> and to construct a new building that would be the location of the site's housing and administrative <br /> functions. The petitioner is requesting feedback from the Council in order to determine their <br /> interest in moving forward with a formal application. <br /> City Planner Beekman stated that the concept review process is an opportunity for the City <br /> Council to provide comments, questions, concerns, and suggestions regarding the proposed <br />
