The summer <br /> hours schedule enables extended hours of City services for construction contractors and residents <br /> who have construction projects or other city business. <br /> Traditional Hours Proposed Summer Hours <br /> City Hall Staff 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> Monday—Friday Monday—Thursday <br /> 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. <br /> on Friday <br /> Maintenance Facility Staff 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br /> Monday—Friday Monday—Thursday <br /> 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. <br /> on Friday <br /> Recommendation <br /> Motion by the City Council to authorize City staff to begin summer work hours on May 29, 2012 <br /> and conclude on August 31, 2012. <br />
