ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—SEPTEMBER 30, 2013 10 <br /> Councilmember McClung recommended staff post the photos of the US 10/Highway 96 road <br /> construction project on the City's website. He commented his road was recently <br /> reconstructed/restriped and this has assisted in slowing traffic in his neighborhood. <br /> Councilmember Werner stated that his schedule has changed and he will be in attendance at the <br /> October 14th City Council meeting. <br /> Councilmember Holden explained that Northeast Youth and Family Services is hosting an event <br /> this Thursday. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated that in looking at possible franchise fees, 46% of the City's <br /> taxable value is tax-exempt. <br /> Mayor Grant indicated that the e street flats now has a third sign on the building. He requested <br /> staff investigate this further. He questioned when the final Certificate of Occupancy would be <br /> issued for this property. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher explained the property was very close to <br /> receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. There are several minor issues that need to be addressed <br /> with the lobby seating and outdoor lighting. <br /> Mayor Grant reviewed a letter he received from Impact 7G regarding cell phone service. He <br /> stated the City of Shoreview sent him a letter regarding Shoreview's Wellhead Protection Plan. <br /> Mayor Grant requested an update on the water tower project. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer explained the tan color was almost done and the logos will take <br /> four days to complete. He anticipated the project would be finished by mid-October. <br /> City Administrator Klaers reported the fall cleanup day will be Saturday, October 5, 2013, from <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Public Works Facility. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br /> adiourn.
