lt <br /> FEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-044 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> FOR THE ROUND LAKE ROAD, GATEWAY BOULEVARD AND GATEWAY <br /> COURT AREA <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Round Lake Road, Gateway Boulevard <br /> and Gateway Court area and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br /> the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement, called the Round Lake Road area, be referred to the City <br /> Engineer for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all <br /> convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br /> made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br /> the improvement as recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 9th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2013. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Amy Dietl, ty Clerk <br />
