ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION October 9, 20135 <br /> <br />Community Development Intern Bachler reviewed the options available to the Planning <br />Commission on this matter: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Recommend Approval as Submitted. <br /> <br />2.Recommend Approval with Changes. <br /> <br />3.Recommend Denial. <br /> <br />4.Table. <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the floor to Commissioner comments. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa requested further information on the differences between a conditional <br />use permit and a conditional accessory use permit. <br /> <br />Community Development Intern Bachler indicated a conditional accessory use was seen as an <br />accessory to the principle use on the property. He further reviewed the conditional accessory <br />uses throughout the City. <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the public hearing for Ordinance 2013-009 at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Larson invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and make comment. <br /> <br />There being no comment Chair Larson closed the public hearing at 6:59 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved and Commissioner Zimmerman seconded a motion to <br />recommend of Ordinance Number 2013-009 for amendments to Section 1305.04 and <br />Section 1320 of the Zoning Code related to the proposed Parks and Open Space District as <br />presented in the October 9, 2013, report to the Planning Commission. The motion carried <br />unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the public hearing for Ordinance 2013-010 at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Larson invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and make comment. <br /> <br />There being no comment Chair Larson closed the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved and Commissioner Hames seconded a motion to recommend <br />of Ordinance Number 2013-010 for amendments to Section 1320 of the Zoning Code <br />related to the proposed Conservation District as presented in the October 9, 2013, report to <br />the Planning Commission. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br /> <br />
