<br />2.Lexington Station is the fee owner of Lot 2, Block 1. <br /> <br />B.The of Master Planned Unit Development Plan and <br />Phase I Final Plan specified that the Site shall be developed in accordance with the Application and <br />Supporting Materials, as amended by the terms and conditions accompanying Council approval. A Sign <br />Plan was not submitted along with the Phase I Final Plan. The Agreement specifies that any significant <br />changes to the Plans, as reasonably determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by <br />the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />th <br />C. On the 5 day of August, 2013, the Developer submitted an application requesting the approval <br />of a PUD Amendment to include a Sign Plan for Phase I of the Lexington Station redevelopment plan. <br />The Site shall be improved and maintained consistent with the Phase I Sign Plan, which is illustrated and <br />described on the Building Elevations Phase One document, dated 7/19/2013, as revised on 11/08/2013. <br />2. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION. <br />On the <br />th <br />4 day of September, 2013, the City Planning Commission reviewed the application at a public hearing <br />comments of the Developer, and other public comments; and subject to conditions, recommended <br /> <br />approval of the PUD Amendment for the Phase I Sign Plan. <br />th <br />3. CITY COUNCIL REVIEW. <br />On the 30 day of September, 2013, the City Council <br />nd requests of <br />the Developer; and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and has approved the PUD <br />Amendment for the Phase I Sign Plan; all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. <br />4.
