CONSENT ITEM <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE:November 25, 2013 <br />TO:Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />FROM:Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT:PC#12-019 <br />1201 County Road E/E Street Flats <br />Certificate of Completion <br />Budgeted Amount:Actual Amount:Funding Sources: <br />NANANA <br />Requested Action <br />Approve the Certificate of Completion for E Street Flats located at 1201 County Road E. <br />Discussion <br />The Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement for 1201 County Road <br />Erequires the City to issue a Certificate of Completion upon the completion of certain <br />improvements listed in the Agreement: <br />Private Sanitary Sewer Connections <br />Private Water Connections <br />Private StormSewer Connections <br />Private Drive Aisles and Parking Lots <br />Concrete Curb and Gutter <br />Site Grading, Ponding and Erosion Control <br />Landscaping <br />Underground Utilities <br />The improvements listed above have been completed to the City’s satisfaction. The City issued a <br />Certificate of Occupancy for E Street Flats on October 16, 2013. <br />The Certificate of Completion makes an exception for covenants related to the shared access on <br />the western edge of the property. The Certificate of Completion applies only to improvements <br />listed aboveand does not release the developer from compliance with on-goingterms and <br />12 <br />Page of <br />
