The purpose of this is to request is to wave the 60 sqft requirement for <br />what we are presenting on the attached sheets. It is the intent of our replacement sign to provide a new <br />and updated look to the complex as well as closely matching the original conditions. <br /> <br />The sign and logo as proposed is to be a set of non-illuminated reverse channel letters and maintain a <br />comparable lettering size to the original building signage er and while adding a <br />.125 aluminum faces, flush mounted, and painted dark bronze.
