ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 30, 20137

Councilmember Werner
indicated that, according to the City sign ordinance, the proposed signs
were excessive.

Mayor Grant
stated this was the case, but that this development was a PUD and for that reason,
was allowed some flexibility.

Councilmember Holden
indicated she could support the 920 square feet of wall signs for the
building.

Councilmember Holmes
agreed stating her main concerns were with the monument sign.
