1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2013-010 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2013-010 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING THE PURPOSE, LAND USE CHART, DISTRICT <br /> REQUIREMENTS CHART, AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE <br /> CD CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Section 1320.04 Subd 19 shall be added; <br /> Sections 1320.05 and 1320.06 and its subdivisions are hereby amended; and Section 1320.15 <br /> shall be added to the Arden Hills City Code to read as follows: <br /> 1320.04 Purpose of Districts. <br /> Subd. 19 CD Conservation District <br /> A. To provide a"holding" zone for federally owned lands on the Arden Hills Army <br /> Training Site to ensure that future development is staged maintains a sustainable <br /> level of public expenditures for utilities and services and protects those areas <br /> generally determined to be unsuitable for development due to the presence of <br /> wetlands, floodplains, steep slopes certain drainage and soil conditions an d <br /> critical wildlife habitat. <br /> 1 <br />
